Westernized Asian Colonial cooking in this cafe slash bistro. Restaurant is quite spacious and neatly designed though service seems fresh. We recommend the Grandmothers Roasted Chicken which had an interesting gravy and soft meat! The Damage (no drinks): S$ 60-90 for two

Visited this place at Tanglin mall for Brunch, because we thought the menu was interesting. The staff was awesome, coffee was great, food was first class. John was serving us, what a wonderful character. The manager Mary was nice, the coffee barister Calito served up excellent cuppacino. Definitely a place to visit again soon.

Me and my husband had a wonderful breakfast at Tanglin cook house. We were well serviced by John from the time we entered the restaurant till the end. Superb service. The capicinno soy milk is one of the best I have had and was prepared by Carlito and Mary. Breakfast was great , tasty and ambience is great! Thank you to the whole crew at Tanglin cook house for extending such great service with a smile and always so responsive! Well done!

Casual ambience with excellent delightful modernized local favourites. The lamb naan nachos were fabulous and I found the sticky date pudding particularly memorable with caramalized banana and with that perfect balance of crunch with sweetness. Interesting food at this newly opened stylish establishment - British, Indian & a bit of Hainanese. Dad had the Full English Fry Brekkie, Mum had the Crispy Hainanese Kurobuta Pork Chop & I had the Smoked Haddock Kadgeree. Service was prompt & delightful. Will be back here again.

We came at Saturday afternoon. The house is almost full. Danie helped us manage to clean up a table within one minute with her sweet smile. Food recommended was fantastic. The lam cooked perfectly soft. The beef is perfectly medium as I requested. With so comfortable environment and friendly staff, I will definitely come again soon.

Visited Tanglin Cookhouse on a Saturday after my morning walk at Botanic Gardens. Was warmly greeted by John who made us felt very welcome throughout the entire meal. My vote went to the all-time favourite Eggs Benedict which were nicely done. The additional brioche ordered seemed freshly baked and went well with the butter and jam. Ambience was great and the other crew members were also very attentive and provided great service.

Had an awesome dinner with the family at Vineyard at Hort Park this evening. Loved the ambience amidst lush greenery during sunset. Amazing food (handmade pasta!), made even better by attentive and friendly service staff John, Mary and Zoey! Ask John whatโs good on the menu, his recommendations for our varied requirements are spot-on! Donโt miss the great wines he has on offer too.

Great experience at vineyard today:) It's my first time here. The mussels were really yummy!! Great service although there were only 3 staffs tonight. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Had a delightful dinner with a friend the other day. We were greeted with warm hospitality throughout and enjoyed the delicious, creative cuisine special mentioned to the Head Chef, Chef Richard. The Restaurant Manager ANA and the rest of her Team delivered great service and extremely helpful! Enjoyed the dinner especially the homemade pizza which was very delicious. I enjoyed the music from the outdoor theatre. Thanks for an awesome evening, Definitely worth a visit and would definitely come again.
