OUTLET OF THE MONTH: SIAM KITCHEN & SUKI-SUKI THAI KHATIB

Would like to highly praise Shidan and Gilbert at Suki-Suki Thai Khatib for their excellent service and professional attitude during our dinner at the premises.

When we entered the restaurant at Suki-Suki Thai Hot Pot, your staff Joshua and Shidah have made a very good impression with their greeting and smiles. Shidah then continue to bring us to the table allocated and she even made the effort to inform me that the table is easier to access from one side instead of the other.

Our entire experience there was made enjoyable with the friendly engagement made by Shidah and the prompt service by Joshua. At around 8pm, the restaurant got busier and even so, Shidah did not flustered but remain poised while attending to us. She apologised multiple times for the delays even though it is understandable with the limited staff.

I am very impressed by both Shidah and Joshua. I believe both of them are of great assets to the company and hope they can be treasured and groomed well in the future. Please convey my thanks and appreciation to both of them.

She was very helpful in providing us with food recommendations and has been very attentive to us despite the evening crowd. She also handled the situation well when the payment terminal was faulty and managed to resolve the issue for us. All in all me and my friends really appreciate her service.

This is 2nd time patronize this restaurant. Especially the manager , Mr Gilbert, he is very helpful. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, he has to consider safe distancing and ensure all customers is safe. Given us good services and well attended to. Food is good and price reasonable.

My family of 5 visited Siam Kitchen @ Hometeam Khatib yesterday for lunch. We were being served by Ms Catherine Navrro and Mr Hilmi.  Both the service staff were pro-active, courteous and pleasant in their ways.  Thumbs up for their good service! The lunch spread was good and value for money.   Will be a return customer soon.

Had thai hotpot for lunch buffet with my hubby. Foods was fresh and steamboat soup was nice, the thai milk tea (hubby fav) and ice lemon tea (my fav), desserts and dipping sauces was very nice too! The staffs Hilmi, Cathy and Fern are super efficient, pro-active and very friendly. They have the patience to explain the different sauces, as we don’t eat spicy. Awesome experience will come again

Good day to you. I am a loyal fan and customer of Creative Eateries. My favourite outlet is Bangkok Jam Marina Square because of the good service provided by You Chee and Aika. After You Chee and Aika got transferred to other outlets, Robert continues to take very good care of us. He makes very excellent Green With Envy dessert. We are very in love with Chef Jutamad‘s amazing culinary skills to always be consistent with the food taste and quality. We are very attached to Bangkok Jam Marina Square that we come here to have our meals 5 to 6 days weekly. We sincerely hope our email can help them get recognised for their hardwork and dedication to provide the best for Creative Eateries customers.

My mother and I visited the restaurant Bangkok Jam Plaza Singapura on Saturday. We were in the restaurant for about half an hour from 2-2.30. We ordered a phad thai, a caramelised pork belly and an iced tea. We enjoyed the food and we thought the service was excellent all-round. As we waited to be shown to our seat, the server who saw us immediately came to attend to us when she saw that we were waiting. When we were ready to order, another server came to us as soon as he finished the task he had on hand. When I told the server that we were sharing the food and for her to place it in the middle of the table, she went to get sharing plates without us asking. I thought I wanted to highlight to you the attention to details your staff had even though the restaurant was getting more crowded.

I was at Siam Kitchen Khatib outlet today for lunch and was delighted to be served
and attended to by Ms Cathy. Appreciate much her attentiveness and impeccable service rendered to me and my guest while we lunched there. She even went the extra mile to offer me plastic bags when she noticed my torn bag. She is an asset to the organization. Thank you Siam Kitchen for the delicious food, welcoming ambience and the great staff that is Ms Cathy!

I am writing in to compliment the excellent service received from an elderly staff at Typhoon Cafe. Her name is Anita. It’s a refreshing change to have the warm service by someone when nowadays we tend to see young staff who don’t really care. Anita had such a positive attitude towards her job and the food she recommended was really nice too. We had a short conversation with her and she seems so proud of the company she works for and reminded us to check out the other restaurants under the same company. That’s how I found Creative Eateries and the many other restaurants!

My wife and I had our dinner at Eat @ Taipei (Safra Toa Payoh) around 7.30pm.  It’s the first time that we’ve dined in this restaurant and we just wish to express our appreciation to your staff Ashwanii and Hock Seng. Services were excellent throughout the quiet evening and the food was great. We particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the restaurant and will definitely return to this place again. I would like to comment on your staff Sharon working at Eat at Taipei SAFRA Toa Payoh. She knows her job well & take the initiative to see & look after her customers. She even bother to observe & ask if anyone of us would like fork & spoon instead of chopsticks. I very impressed. She knows the menu well & gives suggestions. I’m happy that she really takes pride in her job and serve with a happy heart. We enjoyed our lunch there and she even offer to take a picture of my family. I visited Flaming Don at Bugis+ on 6 Sep 2020 and was served by James. In general, I would say I had a pleasant experience as the food was good and I could tell James was really passionate about his work through his service.  I ordered gyuniku cheese don and it was really delicious but the portion was a little too big and I wasn’t able to finish it. But overall, I had a good time and I would definitely visit again 🙂

We have done a booking from Eatigo for two pax at Suki-Ya SAFRA Toa Payoh branch. We early arrived and willing to wait for them to open which is on time. When we were there, there are only two staffs named Sharon and Hock Seng who served us and other customers politely and efficiently without dragging the time. Although is morning and less customers, they react quick service (no wasting time, ask for soup drinks and serve food within a minute) . This is exceed my overall experience, we would come back again for their such excellent service. Good job guys!

I would like to compliment two of your staff from Suki-Ya SAFRA Toa Payoh and would like to thank them for the services rendered on the 3rd of September 2020. As we all know due to the Covid situation that the self help counter for food were closed for patrons to self service for food and condiments. The only way to get more food is to request through the staff working at Suki-Ya. I believe this results in additional work load for the staff working at Suki-Ya on top of the endless crowd during lunch hour. I was very glad that even though under such grueling conditions, Hock Seng and Dashane was very helpful in attending to my countless request. They were pleasantly and patiently attending to me every single time that I request for the different condiments and additional request of food from the buffet list. It was their cheerful and helpful spirit that brought delight to my dinning experience. Really grateful and thank them for the wonderful experience.

 

I would like to especially compliment Hock Seng in his professionalism and patient in serving me and his display of dedication to his work had exceeded my expectations from him or any customer service in general.

We’d like to compliment one of your employees, Hock Seng, for the excellent service he provided at the Suki-Ya SAFRA Toa Payoh. While the quality of food served was outstanding, what impressed even more was simply the personable service we received during our meal. As it was our first time at Suki-Ya, Hock Seng patiently explained all we needed to know about the soup bases, ordering system and answered our questions with ease. My hubby and I visited the Suki-Ya SAFRA TPY branch on 28/9/20 at about 8.35pm. We were mainly served by Dashane and Jov. Though we were using the Eatigo promotion and were one of the last few customers that night, Jov served us patiently. We also got the orders that we asked for promptly. The place is also clean and pleasant. It also our favourite Suki-ya branch. I would like to commend the team at Suki-Ya SAFRA TPY  for such a great job. The food is also fresh and definitely a value for money!

I would like to commend Eddie from Tajimaya. I consider myself as quite a frequent customer to VivoCity Tajimaya, going at least once a month. The food there is great and its an amazing place to dine with friends, colleagues and family. I frequently visits the establishment with loved ones to enjoy the food and atmosphere it brings. Everytime, Eddie is always there to serve us to his fullest and it never fails to put a smile on our faces. It makes everyone of us always happy and wanting to go back for more. I always choose Tajimaya as a place to catch up with close ones and we often spend quite some time there. It results in us exceeding the time limit set. Eddie however, noting that there are still empty tables around and assure us that we can still enjoy our time there. Its a small gesture but it meant a lot to us. He often checks on us every now and then to make sure our food is good, if we need any refills or new orders. Every time we visits the place, its a real delight to see him there. Just seeing him gives us the assurance that we are going to have a great time. Thank you, Tajimaya. Thank you, Eddie!

It’s my first visit here at Rocku Yakiniku and it was an enjoyable experience as we were served by a staff named Kang Mei Lian. She was enthusiastic, friendly and approachable. I am writing this email with regards to my visit at your Bugis Plus Flaming Don outlet this evening. Often, the ambiance and staff makes me feel relaxed and I can take my time to eat at your restaurant, I don’t feel rushed or pressured to finish my meal quickly. This evening was no different. Kevin was very attentive when I looked around trying to find a seat. He turned around and asked if he could help me, and as I came alone, I wanted to secure a table in the crowded diner. With a smile(behind the mask), he gestured that I could pick any table I’d like.

 

As I was making payment at the self service ordering kiosk, James came up to me and helped me with the receipt. Having noticed I ordered green tea, he immediately asked if I would like it hot or iced. It was something that he did not have to do, but he chose to help me. It is the small gestures that add up. Kevin followed up with serving it, and as I sat on a two pax table, he pulled the other chair beside me and asked if I would like to place my bag on it so that I could sit comfortably. How thoughtful! They are constantly on their feet, hard at work and doing it all with a positive attitude.

 

In my opinion, they are valued employees and an asset to your company. I would also like to mention that your kitchen staff are always so efficient in preparing the food, and I never have to wait long!

Dylan was my server at Suki-Ya Heartland Mall Kovan, he was diligent and efficient in serving my table throughout the meal. He always had a smile and was very polite, I had a pleasant experience because of him. The food was great too, and I appreciate that during COVID everything was more hygienic. They were patient in serving the condiments and the display board that shows on the different types of condiments available is an excellent idea. Good distancing measures were in place. My wife and I was at Suki-Ya Tampines Mall today having lunch. Being a first timer to your setup, I was lost with all your offers available. Luckily for us, we were being served by Kall. She was very understanding and explained every inquiries from us. With the new normal dinning processes, Eddie ensured sufficient safe distancing measures were enforced. Despite the busy peak period crowd, Eddie and his team maintained their composure and attended to customers with a smile! Even with their mask on, you can sense their warmth! I visited Fremantle Seafood Market, Clarke Quay for dinner and had an amazing time! My experience was very positive. Loved the fresh and generous servings of seafood, and the service by your waitress was great! Joanne was very polite and attentive.

It is not an easy task to manage different requests, and the weather isn’t conducive for wearing mask. But Isz‘s professional and warm service made our night and we will continue to return for more meals.

Outlet of the Month: Bangkok Jam Great World

My husband and I have our lunch today at Bangkok Jam, Great World City.  It was a pleasure having our lunch there on all our weekends.  We are usually served by Ms Tama, a soft spoken lady with a pleasant disposition. Although we usually booked using eatigo at discount prices, she still served us a smile.  She remembers the food and dessert that we like to order. We dine out frequently on weekends and we seldom meet service personnel like Ms Tama.  Please treasure her, it is never easy to find a staff like her.

We patronize Eat at Taipei SAFRA Toa Payoh every Sunday because our children has enrichment lessons there. I would like to commend on one of your staff Sharon who had been such a delight to have. She is very conscientious and attentive to customers’ needs. And because we are regular customers, she makes the effort to remember our likes and dislikes; she remembers that our children needs to go off at a certain time after the meal for their lessons and checks with the kitchen if the food is taking too long. She provides the children’s cutlery without us having to request for them because she knows our children need them.

Due to Covid-19, it was not easy to operate a steamboat buffet restaurant but she and her team have served every customer patiently by pushing the trolley filled with vegetables and other ingredients around. They also made it an effort to top up the soup and meat trays. We had a great time dining in your restaurant. We have visited Vineyard at Hortpark twice over the last 2 months. We actually love the food menu and almost everything we tried has been yummy and matched the other dishes well. By the way, Michelle is very nice and gave us great service too.

Barossa, Esplanade is an amazing place to dine in. Came here with my boyfriend after lockdown and it’s a beautiful ambience with mouthwatering dishes. CREATIVE EATERIES: CSR LUNCH GET-TOGETHER WITH BETHESDA CARE SERVICES

Bethesda Care Services (BCS) plays an indispensable role to children, youths, families and elderly in need within the Bedok community. Rendering affordable services ranging from Integrated Special Student Care Centre (ISSCC), excITE and other services. 

 

On 9 December, Creative Eateries is pleased to host BCS for lunch at Bangkok Jam Marina Square. The senior citizens from BCS were hesitant to interact at first, but over the course of a scrumptious Thai fare, they started to feel at ease and share their interesting stories and experiences with our volunteers.

 

The elderly folks from BCS were allocated to different tables based on their dominant language for better interaction.

Desserts were a must to sum up a delectable meal. Serving traditional kuehs and agar agar that are suited to their likings. Before leaving, some of the elderly even requested for the agar agar to be packed for their high tea in the late afternoon! 

 

This lunch get-together marks the first engagement between Creative Eateries and Social Co. to build a sustainable culture of corporate giving, doing what we do best. BCS was the selected beneficiary as it plays a very critical role in supporting families in the community, especially the young and the elderly through student care, caring for the homebound elderly and operating their centre’s ageing programs.

 

To support the organisation beyond a one day event, Creative Eateries will be running a campaign to raise funds for BSC, which would be important and helpful to support the good work done by the centre, such as weekly medical transport services, monthly allowances for families and bursary awards for students.

 

We would like to appeal to all our employees, partners and diners to participate in the campaign to raise funds for BCS during this festive season.

Halloween at I12 Katong with Suki-San: Where All the Boys and Ghouls Gather

Over the course of 2 days, 26th and 27th October 2019, Suki-Ya had the opportunity to be part of the I12 Katong Terror-fic Halloween: Where all the Boys and Ghouls Gather event, where there were activity stations for both parents and children to take part in.

First up we have our Witches Face Painting Booth where children can get both face and body painting if they wanted.

Next, we had our Frankenstein DIY Booth where kids can make their very own spiders using household items. We even had some who tried to their hands at their own creations such as faeries and dinosaurs.

Next up we have our Hansel and Gretel Snack Corner cause it’s never a party without food! Check out our zombie Swiss rolls and mummy/tombstone cupcakes handmade with love by our chefs, sure to make mummies crawl back out from the grave for some!

But the highlight of the event was the Trick-or-Treat sessions which was held twice a day, alongside a scavenger hunt and accompanied by none other than Suki-San himself!!

He warmed the hearts of both children and parents, offering hugs and photos wherever he went. Check out Suki-San on the hunt with both children and parents.

Our Trick-or-Treat session was followed by a Best Dressed contest to see who was the fairest or scariest of them all.

Of course, we did not forget the Scavenger Hunt. We picked a lucky winner from each Trick -or-Treat session to walk away with a MothersWork prize worth $50, sponsored by I12 Katong.

Once that was done, we had our Sing-a-long sessions where children picked the songs they wanted to sing, and sang along to the tunes with our wonderful Frankenstein Host, Timothy Wan. It was no question what the song of the entire event was – Frozen’s Let It Go.

Let me start by saying that the food at your restaurant is amazing. It is truly an authentic Thai restaurant. I dine with my friend so I order in advance to save time. As my friend arrives she told me she’s in a hurry. The restaurant is quite packed due to the lunch hour. I spoke with Christian, and request if we can have our food expedite because we need to leave by 1:30 pm. He happily response that he will check what he can do. After 5 minutes he came back to our table and inform me that they are already doing our table.

And in a couple of minutes, our food starts on getting on our table. He keeps on checking each table, as he checks on ours, we informed him that the soup is quite warm, he offered to change it to the new one but we opted not since we are in a hurry. He keeps on apologizing about the soup, but I told him nothing to worry about since we enjoyed the meal and we will definitely come back. We love the food and especially the service he provides.

Here in Singapore having quality food and top-notch service is very rare to find. With the food serve in Bangkok Jam it just proves that you already have a good foundation and quality service to add on it. Shout out with your Team in Bangkok Jam Great World City for a job well done.

I am writing in to pen down my first dining experience and I’m really glad that I have visited Bangkok Jam Bugis+ outlet. I was greeted with the clean and tidy outlook of the place when i stepped into the restaurant and we got a pretty cosy and private seats for me and my partner.  This is the first time I am trying Bangkok Jam and I was served by Ms Shu Jun who was patient to go through with me the T&C of the Entertainer app so that i do not get misunderstood by the app by ordering items not covered by Entertainer.

My partner ordered the Aussie Ribeye Steak and I had the Pork Ribs. We did not regret our orders! Really thankful to Ms Shu Jun who recommended me to try the items as I wanted something flavourful and tender for the night. It was a nice eating experience at Bugis+ Bangkok Jam! Thank you so much for pleasant and warmed accommodation that we had experienced at Suki-Ya Marina Square. We reserved a table for 10 pax but last minute we increase to 15 pax. But still they don’t have hiccups in our reservations, despite it’s a busy Friday night.

We wanted to seat together but since we we’re big groups our request couldn’t be possible. The food was delicious and many to choose from the buffet bar. What makes us more delighted was the service that we had experienced. They helped us every time we needed them, and they we’re all smiling.

We would like to acknowledge the great service provided to us by two of your staff, Siew Moi and Michelle, at Suki-Ya Bukit Panjang Plaza when we dined there last Sunday.

Though there were not many staff around, they were on the ball and attentive to all the customers and did so with a smile on their faces despite numerous requests and having to run up and down the kitchen several times.

We even witnessed them assisting a customer whose kid had made a mess at the table, and they did so without hesitation and complaint, even going as far as telling the customer not to worry.

I would like to share my experience last week when I went to Suki-Ya Bugis+. It was my first time to eat at Suki-Ya, as it was being recommended by a colleague.
First of all, the food was damn SHIOK man! Me and some of our staff really enjoyed it. Second, your staff named Kitty was very accommodating and I saw a high level of commitment and professionalism with her. Keep it up!
I will definitely go back again, this time together with my wife!

Visited this place for many times and sent feedback as well every time i came here in Flaming Don Bugis+ with my friends. We had a quick dinner coz were rushing for the movie and i was surprised that you had added some new items on your menu specially on seafood and sides as well. We ordered the Salmon Mentaiko Don and Crayfish Ramen both are really good. Good job to your Chef.

I would like to commend your staff, Qris, from Suki-Ya Safra Toa Payoh for her kind gesture. I casually mentioned about celebrating my birthday with my family and requested for a cake to go along, she came by with a nicely designed platter with mini cakes and some fruits on it after our meal and even got the team to sing a birthday song. She has also extended a little gift (Suki-Ya water bottle) as a birthday gift even when she did not have to. I am very appreciative of this thoughtfulness and readiness to respond to my casual request. Her service is tiptop and I am very pleased with my experience there.

I am writing in to compliment one of your members of the staff working at Suki-Ya Bukit Panjang Plaza.

Ms Suk Chen was a very patient and accommodating staff to us during dinner service. She tried her best to serve all diners that were in the restaurant. She had to juggle bringing in customers, waiting the customers as well as accepting payments at the cashier counter. I feel that even though work is work, it was still very admirable that she was able to handle everything at once and I have no doubt she will still be able to do so if the need arises.

I had a very positive experience here at this Suki-Ya outlet and I will surely come back again.

Creative Eateries: Marymount CSR with Bowling and Suki-San

On 11th September 2019, Creative Eateries had the pleasures of joining Marymount Center – set up to reach out to vulnerable women and children – for a day of fun-filled activities with children aged 7 to 14, starting with a scrumptious meal at Suki-Ya SAFRA Toa Payoh.

While the children waited for the food to be ready, they were greeted with a special appearance of Suki-Ya’s favourite pal, Suki-San, who went around distributing hugs. The children were initially very cheeky trying to take a peek under Suki-San’s suit to see who was underneath it. But after the initial excitement wore off, they became the sweetest children, asking for more hugs from Suki-San.

After the meet-and-greet session, it was time to dig in to a hearty meal! Once that was over, it meant fun-time was about to begin with bowling! We took up 2 pairs of lanes where some of the volunteers participated with the children, and guided them along. It a day filled with euphoria for the children as they can been happily dancing off the lanes, while trying their hardest to strike on the lanes.

After the bowling session concluded, everyone came together to take a shoe-fie (Shoe Selfie) as we are not allowed to post any photos of the children for their well-being, but it only made the shot more fun and enjoyable for everyone.

Once that was done, some of the children left with their caregivers and we started packing up. As we were doing so, the remaining children got together to sing a thank you songs for all the staff of Creative Eateries, and even presented handmade cards!

It was definitely a very fulfilling day out with these children and the volunteers at Marymount Center, and we wish all the best to the children who were there with us!

“It was very rewarding spending time and interacting with the children, seeing the fun side of them. While these children may have had a harder time growing up than everyone else, they definitely did not let it diminish the light inside of them! “This CSR for Marymount was my first ever CSR event. I found the whole experience highly meaningful and extremely rewarding. I was so glad to see the kids enjoying themselves with what we had planned out for them.

It started with a buffet lunch at Sukiya. For many of the kids, this was their first time experiencing hot pot. We sat down with them to help and guide them, as they do not know how to tell whether the meat was thoroughly cooked or not. By sitting down and talking to them, I’ve come to learn a lot more about them. Even though they had a tough start in life, they still looked at the world with a positive light. They still had big dreams and ambitions that they want to fulfil. In turn, I came to the realisation that it’s not about the situations that we end up in that determines our future. It’s how we react to them.

After lunch, we took the kids bowling. That was when they really loosened up and let themselves have fun. I was glad to see them enjoy themselves. You can tell the kids still had a lot of love to give, despite everything they went through. Even though this CSR was for the kids, I felt that I had taken back many learning points. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience and I would not hesitate to do another one.”

“I had a fun time volunteering for this CSR. However, it’s hard to believe that in this age, there are still parents who are violent towards their children, or neglects them. I felt a pang of sadness learning that at such a young age, these children have already experienced domestic violence. But luckily, we have the opportunity to join Marymount center and get in touch with this group of kids, and give our warmest care to them. Through this, they are able to at least feel that they are indeed cared for and loved by society.

CE Leaders’ Day Out – Dragonboat

At Creative Eateries, we genuinely believe good team work is the foundation of efficiency and forward progress. Over the past two decades in the F&B scene, Creative Eateries has been at the forefront of delivering creative concepts, spreading joy and delight to everyones’ tastebuds. However, none of this is possible without the support of everyone in the Creative Eateries family, especially so from the key leaders of the group.

Reinforcing our company values to uphold the kampong spirit and keep a positive mindset, the theme for our second leaders day out is all about teamwork. Gathering a team of close to 40 leaders from Restaurant Managers, HQ management team to Head Chefs, we started the day with an exciting water sport – dragon boating!

Splitting into 3 different teams, each team settled down in their boats and set off into the water. It was a jittery start, especially so for the first-timers, where we get used to the water and working together on a rhythmic pace. Despite the exhaustion, the teams later embarked on a 200m challenge and gave their all into the competition, showcasing utmost resilience and team unity.

At the heart of dragon boating, teamwork and camaraderie are fundamental components that lead teams to victory. There is nothing quite like a shared experience where individuals from all walks of life and fitness levels gather to achieve greater heights together. The team bonding event was nothing short of fulfilling and had left many heartwarming moments in all of our hearts. The day later concluded on a delicious note with a simple dinner at Talay Thai, where we let our hair down and unwind. 

One of the key takeaway from the second Leaders’ Day Out was the importance of team unity and how strong teamwork helps to better work experience and increase efficiency. We would like to thank everyone who have made our second Leaders’ Day Out a success and this experience so much more memorable!

Creative Eateries in the Community with People’s Association – Garden Party @ Istana

On 1stSeptember 2019, Creative Eateries had the opportunity to participate in the 4thbiennial Project We Care Garden Party at Istana, hosted by President Halimah Yacob, organised by People’s Association.

 

This year’s event aims toencapsulate our nation’s forward-looking vision in embracing technology, while not forgetting to care and contribute back to the community.

The event brought smiles on the faces of 1,500 beneficiaries that include low-income families, lonely elderly and less privileged children. They were given a rare opportunity to visit Istana and to enjoy thedigital interactive activities, engagement booths such as “pen-a-wish” lantern display and also an extensive selection of multi-ethnic cuisines.

Creative Eateries supported the cause by setting up a live food station and whipped up a halal-certified dish, Vegetarian Bolognaise!

 

Taking into consideration of our Muslim beneficiaries, we were thrilled to partner up with Ban Choon, who kindly provided us with the supply of Omnimince. We added the Omnimince in ourVegetarian Bolognaisefor the beneficiaries to enjoy!  Omnimince is a all-purpose plant-based pork, a mock meat substitute which plays a very special role to further enhance the overall flavour of the dish.

 

Mr. Anthony Wong, CEO of Creative Eateries also participated in the Mass Digital Lights Symphony Activity with all the other Business Leaders for a delightful performance that evening.

 

Creative Eateries is honoured to be a part of this significant event for us to give back to the community through the efforts of our Catering Division. Of course, our volunteers certainly spent an equally quality time there, a win-win situation here!
