While the Seafood Bouillabaisse ($58, serves 2-3 pax) combines barramundi, mussels, squid, and prawns in a rich broth with rouille and toast. The Duo of Duck Taco ($48, serves 2-3 pax) features slow-cooked duck leg and pan-fried duck breast with slaw and hoisin mayo.
