Outlet of the Month: Bangkok Jam Great World
My husband and I have our lunch today at Bangkok Jam, Great World City. It was a pleasure having our lunch there on all our weekends. We are usually served by Ms Tama, a soft spoken lady with a pleasant disposition. Although we usually booked using eatigo at discount prices, she still served us a smile. She remembers the food and dessert that we like to order. We dine out frequently on weekends and we seldom meet service personnel like Ms Tama. Please treasure her, it is never easy to find a staff like her.

I have been to Bangkok Jam Great World a couple of times – excellent Pad Thai & juicy, flavourful Pandan Chicken. I’ll be back to try a curry next for sure. Has a relaxing decor, with some nice plants & greenery for a relaxing vibe. Good for a casual meal or get together.

We patronize Eat at Taipei SAFRA Toa Payoh every Sunday because our children has enrichment lessons there. I would like to commend on one of your staff Sharon who had been such a delight to have. She is very conscientious and attentive to customers’ needs. And because we are regular customers, she makes the effort to remember our likes and dislikes; she remembers that our children needs to go off at a certain time after the meal for their lessons and checks with the kitchen if the food is taking too long. She provides the children’s cutlery without us having to request for them because she knows our children need them.

I had dined at Eat at Taipei SAFRA Toa Payoh on two occasions and was served by Sharon. We are a family of three with a young toddler. Sharon has been attentive to our needs and provided condiments and cutlery required for our meals without us prompting. In our recent visit on 26 Aug, my daughter had coughed and Sharon provided a glass of warm water to help with the cough. I believe she has been an asset to your company and will continue to be with her positive attitude and mindset.

My hubby and I made a reservation to dine at Suki-Ya SAFRA Toa Payoh and it was a pleasure to be served by Sharon and team. Due to Covid-19, it was not easy to operate a steamboat buffet restaurant but she and her team have served every customer patiently by pushing the trolley filled with vegetables and other ingredients around. They also made it an effort to top up the soup and meat trays. We had a great time dining in your restaurant. Service was excellent and hygiene was also tip top as we observed that utensils are wrapped nicely and social distancing was maintained.

We had a dinner buffet and there’s one lovely server named Samantha who is very attentive, that accommodated us and kept checking from time to time if we still need something. The food was fantastic especially the Wagyu and Sashimi. We were pleased with the service we got from your staff and so with the food. Visited as a guest in the Tajimaya Yakiniku, VivoCity for dinner. We were celebrating birthday of my friend and we choose the buffet with the WAGYU BEEF – it was delicious, don’t know how many plates of beef we eat. We had a delightful waitress, Reanna. She had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. Very entertaining and attentive. Even our buffet time ends she did not rush us. She and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed.

He is genuine in all his interactions with us and does his utmost to ensure our every need is met – efficiently taking our orders and ensuring he doesn’t miss any out, even going the extra mile in his thoughtful gestures such as bringing extra sauce and taking note of when we should change the grill. By our third visit, we were touched to find that he remembered our usual order perfectly and served us everything in record time, even recalling our favourite sauces and bringing us extra sauce knowing that we usually would request for it. His thoughtfulness and sincerely impressed and moved us – he is certainly an asset to your team and a wonderful reflection of the high standards I’m certain you have held your company to.
Eddie’s exceptional service is a large part of why my group of friends frequent Tajimaya Yakiniku, VivoCity so often. He has, over time, become a friend we look forward to seeing every time we visit, and I would like to recognise his efforts and commendable service. We have visited Vineyard at Hortpark twice over the last 2 months. We actually love the food menu and almost everything we tried has been yummy and matched the other dishes well. By the way, Michelle is very nice and gave us great service too.

The food was great at Talay, Clarke Quay and Joanne did a great job serving us! The sea bass fillet in lime and chilli was simply fabulous! The Tom yum was creamy and smooth!
We also enjoyed the calm and cool setting, definitely a place that’s brings you back to chao phraya Bangkok ! They have Thai food and Western seafood good for families with young children!

Great service from Joanne at Fremantle Seafood Market, Clarke Quay. Seafood platter is yummy, esp the calamari. The tiger prawn aglio oglio is has great prawns. Garlic bread is yummy. Mussels are mediocre but the soup it has was savoury.

Chanced upon Barossa, Esplanade as we celebrated our 8th dating anniversary. Food tastes great and comes in decent portion. Served joyfully by Jo and Kian who really made our evening! Thank you once again!

We got a meat platter, pasta carbonara and mushroom soup at Barossa, Esplanade. The food was great! Especially the Taragon Bernaise sauce and the carbonara. We were served by Jo and Jerome and the service was great! They were very attentive and helpful as well! Would recommend others to dine here 🙂

Barossa, Esplanade is an amazing place to dine in. Came here with my boyfriend after lockdown and it’s a beautiful ambience with mouthwatering dishes. The Hawaiian Chicken Pizza is to die for, especially after lockdown 😉 Kian our waiter made amazing cocktails like Sex On The Beach, Pina Colada and Mojito. Even in the middle of a pandemic, hygiene was first class and it did make us feel very safe. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Barossa, Esplanade is a superb restaurant. Even in the middle of a pandemic, the staff were very friendly and we’re very helpful. One of the staff – Kian was very helpful and was excellent in serving us. Will definitely come back!

He displayed professionalism & extreme proactivity by recommending me the appropriate items suited to my taste buds. The food quality & service were also pretty excellent! Bangkok Jam @ Plaza Singapura is the most suited place to be if you are looking for a place to satisfy your hunger pangs & chill out!

Andrew greeted us all with a friendly smile and the service he provided was excellent. Andrew has the right balance between friendliness and efficiency. I was indeed impressed and must say that this is commendable. In addition to a sumptuous meal, we had a delightful service provider who takes notice of every single details. The Restaurant Manager, Theva, displayed lots of concern on customer service as well as hygiene. He sanitized the table before we sit. When my son was not sure what to order, he recommended Japanese food for my son although it’s a Thai food restaurant. My son liked it so much and was very happy. My experience at Bangkok Jam Bukit Panjang Plaza this time is totally fantastic experience. Planning to come again to this restaurants with my parents on this weekend. We had trouble deciding on the condiments but Navinya explained and recommended the various types of sauces to us patiently. My family and I are privileged to be served by Avi and Boon. It’s been a long time since I experienced great customer service and the first one, I received after circuit breaker. Right at the entrance, we were given so much patience as we are unfamiliar with the new dining rules and menu options. The team took the time to explain all the options available and the necessary precautions. Upon ushering us to our table, a baby chair was immediately prepared for us. My family feels valued as our needs are immediately taken care of without asking. It was a truly fantastic experience dining with Suki-Ya Marina Square.
