#MeetTeamCE – Kevin, Restaurant Manager, at Tajimaya Yakiniku (Great World)

To create that special touch on a buzzing environment that is Tajimaya Yakiniku, Creative Eateries’ premium Japanese charcoal-grill concept, Kevin strongly believes that a good command of menu knowledge is essential. This allows him to provide the perfect recommendations to Tajimaya’s guests to make their dining experience an exceptional one. When we interviewed Kevin, he shared that his personal motto in leadership was that teamwork requires a concerted effort and this is something that he works on with his team daily.

In his free time, Kevin loves reading books and has an intense love for coding given his ‘secret’ relationship with gaming when he was younger. 📚 “Thinking out of the box” has also changed the game for him as he carries out his daily tasks which can include novel challenges that do indeed, require creative solutions!

His favourite food in Tajimaya Yakiniku is Charcoal Grilled Miso Buta Ishiyaki Don. The taste of grilled food, especially when topped with an onsen egg, is simply mind blowing (if you’d like to take his word for it!). 🍱
