How do I sign up for the Kris+ App?

Download the 'Kris+ by Singapore Airlines' App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device and simply sign up for an account which you can do so via email or even through an existing Krisflyer account if you have one. Do note that while both Krisflyer and Kris+ are created by Singapore Airlines, they are two different programmes altogether.

Topping up your KrisPay Wallet

While spending with KrisPay earns you miles, you can easily top up your miles when using several linked services and partners. Firstly, by linking your Krisflyer account, you can convert your Krisflyer miles to KrisPay Wallet, which is particularly useful if you have expiring Krisflyer miles. KrisPay can also be topped up by using Citi ThankYou Rewards, DBS Rewards, UOB Rewards, and CapitaStar STAR$. These work similarly in terms of offsetting the points you'll accrue in total, converting these to miles for your use in the Kris+ App.

Paying with Kris+ with in-app payments

  • Earning miles through the Kris+ app is easy, each Creative Eateries Restaurant outlet has a Kris+ QR code available for you to make payment, please inform our staff that you wish to make payment through the Kris+ app and simply scan the merchant's QR code for payment. You will need to ensure that your Kris+ App has sufficient value in it and you can do so by using Apple Pay or Google Pay accounts with the app or with a linked credit card. Basically, all Kris+ payments and perks must use in-app payments and are contactless payments. KrisPay Miles are automatically earned with every dollar that you spend.
