Meet Anthony, our Restaurant Manager over at Dopo Teatro. Here’s what he has to say about what keeps him motivated each day! “I love chatting and engaging the restaurant guests, it always makes my day”.

Truly a gem within our team, Anthony has a flair for creating. Bartending comes natural to Anthony and is an avenue for him to exercise his artistic ideas – this man loves blending flavours and selecting presentation styles that would best showcase his cocktails! As a wine lover, he is also passionate in developing his knowledge and skill which he enjoys sharing with customers for food pairings. His personal beliefs are that honesty and an independent mindset are the recipes for success.

Anthony has already spent 11 years in Singapore tending to the F&B industry. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and badminton – his formula for keeping fit and healthy. As we all strive to overcome this COVID pandemic, he sincerely wishes that everyone will be safe and sound and that those with families abroad may soon be reunited with their loved ones.

His favourite drink in Dopo Teatro is the Tequila Sunrise, and his choice of food – the Ikasume Squid Ink Pizza or the Madili Alfredo Pasta! Be sure to call for his choices when you next visit Dopo Teatro.
