Outlet of the Month

I dined at Bangkok Jam located at Plaza Singapura for dinner, and together with my husband we would like to compliment the team for their excellent service.

The outlet manager Cathleen is professional and patient in provide good service to customer. She together with the team always bring a smile while serve the customer around the restaurant whatever how busy they are and we enjoyed our food in such a cosy ambiance.

While we were dining, a group of customers raised their voice against Cathleen regarding the use of AIA vouchers even though she explained everything nicely with a smile was constantly apologising to the customer. We would like to praise that Cathleen for remaining calm and polite throughout on handing these inconsiderate customers. I hope this compliment has been useful. Will definitely be back again.

The managers Cathleen and all service crews there was friendly even the outlet was so full, polite with hospitable attitude. Because of them, our dining experience was delightful and pleasurable. This is definitely my favourite outlet for Thai Food. Me and my family will be looking forward to visit the outlet again. Keep it up on the good authentic Thai food too!

Had dinner at Flaming Don Bugis+ and it was my first time, I’m so amazed with the concept, and food was great. I also would like to recommend the staff there Mr James for greeting me with a warm smile and doing extra mile for me, he is very kind and helpful with all my inquiries. He is such a gem of this restaurant. Keep up the good work Mr James. I will recommend this place for sure.

I just want to thank staff from Flaming Don Bugis+. The char siew ramen and beef don we ordered  were great. Fast service by kitchen. Service staff James was attentive to customers needs and questions. He was hopping from one area to another to ensure everything was in order. Thank you. We will come back again.

It was truly amazing dining at Suki-Ya Bukit Panjang Plaza. When i reached the store front, i was greeted with probably the warmest smile from Mr James. He patiently went through the menu with us and gave us a seat more accessible to the food bar when we requested. Special shoutout to staffs Jasmine and the chinese auntie as well, for the superb and prompt serivce.

 

I have no words as to how awesome this service team at Suki-Ya Bukit Panjang Plaza is. Suki-Ya is such a blessed company to have these fine assets. I would definitely patronise this restaurant just to enjoy such good service again.

I visited your outlet (Bangkok Jam) at Marina Square and was served by Apple and Monica and was really impressed by their care to detail and general joyful disposition throughout my time there. We had a large group of diners in our group and it wasn’t easy for all the orders to be collated and dispatched, but they did it with smiles all the way. While the food was a little slow in coming out, it was made up by the serving staff and I would like to thank them for making it such a pleasant experience. I would like to shout out for one of your Staff, Ms Verna, for being friendly and accommodating when we dined in to Suki-Ya Kallang Wave Mall. Since we came out from FairPrice and was holding a lot of things, she willingly assisted us by taking some of our things while bringing us to our seats. I also saw her assisted an elderly couple the same way she did for us, politely asking to take their things from them and bringing them to their seats with a smile on her face. This simple gesture is to be applauded and should be an example to all employees.

I dined at your restaurant Tajimaya Yakiniku on 17/11/18 and was thoroughly impressed with Paul, one of the staffs. He spoke eloquently, was polite and was attentive to our needs. When we asked to doggy bag the left-over sashimi, he promptly cooked it for us to prevent any contamination. It is difficult to find good service in Singapore and if he is a representative of your company’s training for service staff, then I would like to commend you!

I had lunch at Suki-Ya Heartland Mall Kovan today and I came across a very polite and great attitude staff name called Nancy. Throughout the whole lunch session, Nancy provided my friend and I a very excellent service by always checking if we need any more item, making sure our time in Sukiya is enjoyable! She also promoted to us what the perks of signing up a membership making sure we enjoy full privilege of eating Sukiya. Lastly, I would like to say that my lunch in Sukiya is definitely an enjoyable one, will come back again soon!

It’s my first time to experience the Flaming Don in Tiong Bahru Plaza. It was a very delightful visit and experience with the help of Ms. Marilyn. The accommodation is very pleasant because of her great service to us, from the moment that we enter, to the choosing and well serve food. The food is palatable, but the best thing is the well-mannered service from the heart of Ms. Marilyn. More power!

I am representing a group of 14 pax who visited Suki-Ya @ SAFRA Toa Payoh last night (28 Nov).

The outlet was running a 1-1 Buffet promotion when we arrived. The queue was insanely long, it was crowded and very warm. We queued for an hour before having our seats ready for us. Upon entrance, we were greeted warmly by your Assistant Manager, Kelvin.

 

First up, he was very real and genuine. It was a peak hour, we could see that the outlet was shorthanded as the staff were speeding their service and movements to turnover the tables as quick as possible. Kelvin came by with the plates of meat for our tables, and instead of just going through the motion, he struck up a conversation with us. It was there he found out that we were here for a birthday celebration.

 

Throughout the entire time, he could be seen hustling around ensuring that all the needs of the tables were met, which leads me to the second point- he was dedicated. As a university student majoring in Hospitality and Business, I have been exposed to the hospitality industry for many years. It was great to observe that Kelvin displayed the same amount of dedication and personalisation to each table and customer. The entire outlet was busy, messy and warm. He had every reason to just focus on getting his job done. But beyond the job, he invested the little amount of time he had in between to engage the customers and create an experience.

 

Before leaving, he also turned to us and wished us a happy birthday.

 

No doubt, the food was amazing. But what created an impression/ moment/ experience for all of us was the service rendered. Therefore, we would just like to commend Kelvin!

I would like to write to especially say thank you for the experience at ROCKU Yakiniku. We came to dine on 19 November 2018. Made a reservation on Saturday. Informed your staffs there are 2 birthday boys. A swift arrangement was made to include 2 birthday cakes.

On 19 Nov, I arrived early and waited inside the restaurant. The waitress, Chee Ying extended the cooked food counter dining to us while waiting for the rest to arrive. The charcoal grill and meat order lasted about 100 minutes. By then we are very full and very satisfied with all services rendered.

Special thanks to Chee Ying for arranging everything, a China waiter who skillfully set up the charcoal grill, an Indian waiter who attentively attend to everything and a chinese male restaurant staff who cleared our bill. All took effort to ensure a great dining experience for us. Thank you so much.

We had our first dinner experience at Suki-Ya Kovan on 24/11/18. We were served by this fantastic lady, Nancy.

As it was our first time there , we were quite uncertain what we should be ordering. Nancy patiently guided us through and , although the restaurant was quite shorthanded at that time, she showed no frustration with our delayed orders.

I would like to thank Nancy for making this first experience a good one for me and my children. We had a fantastic birthday dinner for my Son that day.

I went to Suki-Ya Tampines Mall with my parents for dinner today. Halfway through the meal, my father in his 60s accidentally spilled the egg on the floor. Despite having to serve many customers, Zar Zar immediately came and helped to clean our table and mop the floor. To our surprise, she said there’s nothing to be sorry about with a big smile. She made my parents happy and all of us are very impressed with her sincere attitude. Tq for putting effort in your service. We are not a big fan of steamboat but we will definitely visit again.

I am writing to comment on the good service I received from one of your staff in the Suki-Ya Kallang Wave Mall.

 

I was dining with my partner for dinner on Saturday and the timing we arrived at the outlet coincided with several tour groups arriving in the restaurant. As a result, the outlet was extremely busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed, rushing to cater to the demands of the many customers. In particular, the waiter that served us, Yeo Zhi Xian, extended very good service even in such hectic times. He kept a positive attitude and when we asked for something, he was very apologetic that it took so long.

 

Please extend my thanks to Zhi Xian, and we look forward to a pleasant experience at Suki-Ya again.

I would specifically give my compliments to Verna, Kevin and Gao Tai. They warmed my mother’s heart with the immediate proceeding of membership application when they knew it was my mother’s birthday. This action had made us saved an immediate 20% discount on the meal that night. Before we left the restaurant, they also presented my mother with a cup for her as her birthday gift.

 

It was indeed a little action that make a beautiful smile out from an old folk. I really appreciate the little gesture by the staff to make my mother’s day on her birthday treat. It was priceless to see her having a great meal with beautiful smile on her face.

I have dropped by Eat at Taipei Kallang Wave Mall yesterday and I am really impressed by the quality of the service over here.

The staffs were attentive to our request and attend to our queries appropriately. Despite the fact that the restaurant was crowded with diners, the staff maintained their professionalism and we got our food timely.

I would like to thank Ms Hexia, Ms Jasmine and Auntie Ah Siew for their outstanding service. I enjoyed their hospitality.The food is delicious too. Will definitely visit again soon.

Patara Fine Thai Cuisine has always been our favourite Thai restaurant. Great food in a warm, cosy ambience and with attentive service from the staff. The food quality and presentation are consistently good. The smiles from the staff have never failed to make every dining experience a very pleasant one.

Really delicious Japanese cuisine at KURO Izakaya. Wonderful staff and ambience. The Salmon and Avocado Salad is a must try, the salmon is super fatty and fresh. Overall, would highly recommend this restaurant.
