Thank you Assumption Pathway School for having us!
Creative Eateries is thankful to be part of the annual An Evening @ THE ART event organised in collaboration with Assumption Pathway School (APS). First established in 2011 within the premises of APS, The ART is a casual restaurant that offer students an opportunity to gain practical work experience.
This year, the students joined hands with Creative Eateries’ Executive Chef, Chef Immanuel Tee once again, featuring a fusion of Western flair and vibrant asian flavours that bring guests on a gastronomic dining adventure. The dinner commenced with the flavourful Laksa Pumpkin Soup with Spanner Crab; a piquant delight that awakens one’s palates for the delightful meal to come.
The main highlight of the night goes to the Roasted Chicken Roulade, a succulent dish topped with fragrant garlic barley risotto, sauteed mushroom and truffle shoyu. Another favourite from the dinner is the Pan-roasted Barramundi, a fresh catch-of-the-day accompanied with wafu quinoa, spring succotash, clam beurre blanc and olive soil. The night concluded on a sweet note with the Tarte Aux Framboises, served with fresh berries and spiced crumble.
Once again, we are thankful for the opportunity to work with the students of APS, and will look forward to more sessions to come.
